I am currently upgrading my system size.  I currently have two three way mains.  I have an
1xEminence psd2002: highs
1xEminence Beta 12" High-mids
1xEminence kappa pro 15" Low-mids
in each.  I am going to get another pair of mains with same components to install.  
The current amps and ohms ran are as follows
horns 2x16ohm= 8ohms on on channel of pv1500
highmids 2x8ohms=4ohms one channel of pv1500
lowmids 2x8ohms=4ohms one channel of pv1500
subs 2x8ohms-4ohms bridged pv2600

My plan was to get two CS4000 for four subs running 4ohms bridged of each amp. Lowmids at 4ohms each channel of PV2600. Highmids at 4 ohms each channel of PV1500. And Highs at 8 ohms each channel PV1500



Any suggestions are welcome before I make the decision.

You may want to also look at the CS4080HZ - that might allow you to just run 1 sub amp instead of 2.  Regarding everything else, that looks ok, 4 ohms is nice and safe in stereo mode.
