Hi all,

I am spec'ing a complete sound system for a multipurpose venue. I was asked to spec wireless system of 4 - 6 channels (depending on budget), each with both a handheld and beltpack transmitters (including a miniature mic for theater use). The budget is $1400 - 1800 per channel. I am not familiar with what's available and I would like to spec three different brands (Shure, Sennheiser and AKG?).

Which systems do you recommend at this price range from these manufacturers? Any other suggestions?

How does the Audix RAD 360 compare?

Given the budget, you would also do well looking at the Lectrosonics Venue receiver with VRT receiver modules and LM or UM400 transmitters. http://www.lectrosonics.com/wireless/wireless.htm

Audio Technica 3000 series are very good.
I have used them on many installations with no problems and they sound great.
