Ok well I found a solution so I decided to post it in case anyone else ever runs into this issue. Its an Opticomm transmitter/receiver that can carry composite video, Balanced audio, and ethernet 10/100 MBPS on a single fiber! I just used there configurator and it it gave me options based on the application.

Since you are looking to transmit stuff point to point using fiber as a medium, I highly recommend Meridian Technologies. They have the ability to move most anything across a fiberoptic link. Check them out here:
