On a European perspective I`d have a hard choice between these two

http://www.noisecontrolaudio.com/products_asym3.htm

http://www.funktion-one.com/res2.htm

We own both and use them on pretty much the same jobs spec. Both are available powered by the Xta A6 amplifier module which as well as powering one box can slave drive another box. That self powering alone makes them great for small corporate " after speech " parties where you want something neat and compact for conference work but can crank out the hits for the drunken execs later on! Both can be mounted on yokes and we use the NCA boxes over double 15"`s which is a great compact band set-up. In fact we`re  investing in yoke clamps so we can fly them off scaff if need be.
Different views on the phase approach to mids...an " axe-head" and a " bugle" but both fantastic as a one a side over sub small room box. Have to say the NCA box has a nicer bass due to the reflex design but the Res 2 has the edge on portability with it`s interlockimg wheelboards.

Downsides... both are just over a " one -man " lift onto bass bins or back of van so you`ve gotta be careful or get soemone to help if you`re on your own. The Res 2`s suffer from the usual need for " splaying " if theres 2 or more together and that can be compromised if trying to put them on a small workspace ( the filtering is something else if they`re side by side). And of course

cost!
