Future access to the old forums
« on: February 18, 2011, 05:15:26 pm »

After they are locked, will we still have access to the PMs as read only?
Since I hear there is no way to export the PMs I would hate to lose access to them.

That remains to be seen, but I would not expect them to remain available. There will be no way to log into a forum that exists only as an archive, and without logging in you can't access your PMs.

Actually, you can log into your old account on the LAB to check your PMs, and I recommend that you do so if there is info there you want to retreive. You cannot post in the forums or register a new account, but you can access your PMs.
