Im curious what the alignment process was between the mains and sidefills.

http://www.siasoft.com/download/josh.html

Here is something iv been working on in my spare time.  This shows a line array with a point source.  The beginning of the animation has the mains delayed @ .000ms and the end has the mains delayed by 3.0ms.  Also this was done in .01ms steps from .0 to 3ms thats about 301 print screens.  Its a flash animation and takes a little while to load but once it fullys loads it goes nice and smooth...

The loudspeakers used were all generic from the latest Ulysses demo.

What kind of loud was it, Trip?

'twas nice, yes.

To tell you the truth, I was stoked to see a Midas @ FOH instead of a PM5D. ( I can hear the gasps already..) Shocked

Having mixed the band on both, I rather like the coloration of the "steam powered" Midas pre's and EQ as opposed to the 'bit powered' PM5D.....Atreyu is a Metal band after all.  Laughing Wink

The PM5D in Monitor World was for Thrice, Atreyu and My Chemical Romance's IEM mixes.

I hear you on that, especially when you have the Varisty Midas.  Wink  We're just starting that dance for our Euro summer party, here's what you want, here's what we'll pay for.   If the PM5D has done one thing is that there are a lot of H3ks out there renting for more affordable rates.  Just wish the rental rates for the D1s and D5s would come down.   I was hoping to run into an XL8 at one of the big Euro jazz fests but no such luck it seems.
