Um... My PCB layout and schematic CAD, mechanical CAD (aluminum and plastic extrusion design), graphics software (faceplate and ads), microprocessor programing and debugging environment, etc....
While I suspect I could cover most of those in MAC (Graphics is probably stronger in MAC), some of the engineering apps are strongly rooted in windows.

I bought a mini mac a few months ago so I can partition my email contact with the unwashed public away from the MS environment and easy reach of all those evil coders, but the new popularity of apple may finally make them a serious target too...

In my limited experience using MAC (this time around) I sometimes encounter "are they talking Klingon" moments when some junior MAC user tries to convey a proper digital file format or transfer protocol.
Just what I need... more jargon to learn.....
