Fork Size
« on: January 19, 2006, 12:12:59 PM »

How do I figure out the inside diameter of these forks? The stud size is #8.
I need the forks for connecting up QSC PLX series amps which take forks with an inside diameter of 0.25"(6.3mm) and a total width of 0.51"(12.9mm)

If these are not the right ones are any of the others on this page the correct size?

Sorry if I am being annoying.

I believe that the stud size is the same as size as the equivalent machine screw, so the spade terminals that are sized for a #8 stud will not fit on a 1/4" post.  You need 1/4" spade terminals.  Don't know where to get them though, as neither Parts Express nor Digikey seem to sell them
