I have a pair of martin subs with dimensions of 20x20x32 with 3 ports 4" across and 8 inches deep.

I am considering replacing the drivers with eminence 18HO subs. Good idea, bad idea, better suggestion?

I have a QSC PL 236 to run them, generally in stereo, which translates to roughly 600rms per speaker.
