Opera not showing PSW correct

Not a big thing though, but as you can see in this picture:

There is something wrong with how Opera display the main page...

When hovering the mouse over the "COMMUNITY FORUMS" text there will be no links below as it is in IE...

The links are hidden (as shown in the picture) in the "grey bar" below the actual linking area...


Do the PSW follow the W3C standard (I think it was called that)?

It's more a matter of how various browsers and platforms interpret the W3C standards. The links are there, but for some reason pushed too low in Opera. PSW may be rethinking this.

And just having your code W3 Standards correct won't fix everything.  W3 Standards are merely suggested for browser makers to follow.  This doesn't mean they follow everything.
