Neutrik offers their Ethercon as an industrial strength CAT-5 connector.  
What are people using for industrial strength / IA proof MIDI connections?

I've had good luck with Switchcraft part number 05BL5M (I'm pretty sure that's the part number).  It should be listed under DIN connectors on their website.
