What're you  lookin' at, bud?

(yes, that really is me, with an unrelated-to-sound hobby)

(just to prove that my avatar isn't very far from reality)

Would that be making chain vests?

Man... If it is, you ought to see the one I made... It's like a skeletal rib pattern in back, and spider like in front, with a center ring at the heart.

All heavy gauge chrome chain and heavy to lift, but comfortable to wear. I had a groupie chick model it, while I built it on her body...  (nice)  Cool

No scanned pics available from my youth yet. I'd have to dig up some of my old "Deep Thrust" band pics. (Damn if I could've just kept the drugs outta their veins. Some of them guys would still be alive today, and I wouldn't be here wondering "if only.") I'm telling you, they were talented...  Confused

Wow - I'd love to see a photo of that.  It's been my pathetic fantasy to get to make chainmail on a hot babe...  Crying or Very Sad

That pic brings back unpleasant memories of one summer job back when I was 16yo working in a machine shop. One of my duties was to make a net or bag out of 1/2" steel lock washers by grabbing them with a pair of vise grips, bending them open, then linking them together with other lock washers and then bending them back closed. The finished bag was attached to a metal throat and formed a crude sediment sieve when towed along the ocean floor behind a research ship.

Okay, thought I'd post a couple of serious ones...kinda cool ones too. I like this one, just the way the light reflects off the console and silhouettes me.

I like this one because its just cool and not your usual pr0n shot of a console, but close.

If you're referring to the second one, with the 4k, it was actually posed. I was only babysitting the console for the openers sub in from their console.
