In Profiles, Avatar type, add a URL, or upload an avatar.

You go into your profile.
scroll about half way down
click on upload avatar or specify url if on the web
then you let it do its thing.
making sure to put in your password and save your profile.

No.... But, I always mix in My mackie shit, and we decided to take a pic with our Mackie gear at the end of the show.
