Actually it doesn't take much effort to work with such folks, at least by my standards.  Somehow my boss and me just didn't give a shit about the whole sexual orientation thing, apparently unlike most male crews.  In fact we were happy enough with the lesbians to hire a couple of the best for a few regular festivals and shows.
