Hi all

Just a quick note- I have a Crest CPX 3200 that developed a hum in both channels. No connections except speaker, hum was there in channel A worse than B- 60 and 120 hz. I opened the amp and reseated all the connectors on the boards. Any ribbon cable that terminated with a plug/socket was reseated several times.

Hum was cured!
