Hello all!
Have got a lot of these boxes flown in the venue I'm working. All boxes in the venue installed passive, but thinking of improving the sound - running them and other boxes bi-amped or tri-amped.
Climbed up the ladder, looked on the back, the plate with two NL8 connectors says that all pins can be used: there are VLF, LF, HF, VHF bands. Whatever that means? So is this box can be run 4-way active or something?
Trying to search JBL website, Google, all LAB archives. No sight of these boxes. As if they don't exist.
Can anyone describe what they are? Getting them down and taking them apart is a big deal. I'm sure that someone of you, guys, has come across them. Can someone advise on crossover settings as well?
