The demo (free) version of Praxis will do this. From full octave to 1/48th octave resolution.

Praxis will do this (and many other things), but you need to buy the full program to do it.

Smaart is the defacto standard PC software based electroacoustic measurement system in live and installed audio.

They have a 30-day free demo that will provide RTA and "speaker timing analysis".... plus a whole lot more.

Try it.

Another "vote" for Smaart.  Amazing software.  Has many more uses than would be appropriate to post here.
