I called Yorkville the other day with the question of the output of the sub and they told me that the Rolloff Frequency dial does nothing to the output jack, this jack gets a full frequency signal.
Many other powered subs do have a high pass output, but there setting is too high (around 120 Hz) in my opinion. I would like to high pass at around 90 Hz because my full-range speakers have 15" woofers in them.
I would like the control that I would have with an external crossover anyway. So I am not opposed to getting one.
