Hello there,
has anyone ever tried to use two dgi001 on the same computer in order to have 16 analo I/O...?

I am pretty confident that it will not work. You can, however, use the lightpipe and S/PDIF inputs for additional channels, although you'll need A/D converters (and preamps for any microphones).
