Doug - I emailed about the SNEV you mentioned. Just waiting for a reply.

Blake - You are right in that it probably wont see 2400 plus RMS. Plus I can double up on the bass cabinets as the tops are only 2 way.
I have done NL4's not NL8's . I build them the plan would be to solder cable to quick connects and solder those to the terminals. Which is what I did on the NL4's. Made it really simple. Plus I used shrink wrap over the connections.
