I'll agree with the part of this statement that reads, "Without ... Smaart, it's hard to get any good use out of the delay settings."

The parametric and graphic EQs work EXACTLY the way you'd expect them to work on any other analog (or digital) unit.  If you can't tweak a graphic EQ by ear, then I don't know what to tell you.

Well, you obviously have a browser, download the settings from the speaker manufacturer or call & get them. Remember: you are a resourceful person and gosh darnit, people like you.
