Warnex and Sherwin Williams Polane 700T are both water based acrylic products. Without seeing the exact chemical component mix all I could surmise is that the 700T would be very similar to Warnex. Polane 700T is also readily available in quantities as small as a gallon in the US. You can purchase it at a Sherwin Williams chemical coatings division shop - contact any Sherwin William store and they can tell you where the nearest chemical divison shop is located. Both products require a pressurized pot for texture coats so you won't need any more or less equipment. I have been using regular Polane-T for 8 years and have been very pleased with the results. My understanding is the 700T gives similar results with only a slightly less durable finish than it's solvent based older brother.
