Top of Page Navigation Needs Work
« on: July 04, 2004, 04:24:48 PM »

If you roll over the "community forums" link at the top of the main frame, the separate links to the different forums appear. Clicking on some of these links takes you directly to that individual forum, as it should. Clicking on others, for example the Lounge or Subwoofer link, takes you instead to the main forum page.

Personally, I would like to see a fixed link to every separate forum in the left frame. No rollovers or hunting necessary.

We only did that with the Install forum to try to drive more traffic there (it's an under visited forum). We want people to see all the options at the top level of each forum both to point to the options (for instance, LAB vs. LAB Lounge), and also because clicking on "Forum Home" at any point in the forums will take you back to that top level, which may be confusing if you came in directly to a subforum.
