Although I have not heard them, I would add Alcons, and in the one-box catagory, the CGN ( http://www.ribbonloudspeakers.com/_wsn/page2.html ) into the list of possibles.

You also forgot the JBL Vertec and the Clair Bro's I4.

These are the only line arrays I have heard besides the V-DOSC.

What's "best" is subjective. The best I have heard is the I4, and I am sure that has a lot to do with execution. Who the techs are, the FOH guys and all that.

As was added you left out several good ones. McCauley is in there too.
I think they are all good and in different ways.
I have liked the LAcoutics the best from a sound standpoint properly set up in an arena. I think it is in my head a bit but over the years I have allways liked the sound of multiple smaller drivers in the mids. This as been with me since the Clair S4 as well as some Turbo Sound systems. I think my preference is I would rather hear most of the vocal range in a cone.
As a person that was to by it I would probably make another choice and could get a good job done with any of them.
The reason for another choice is cost and effincey. The LAcoustics I have run had a Crown 5000 on each band and they were working. I am also sure there are easier ones to rig.
Line arrays are a great thing but in some ways I think people get too hyped up about them. They are not all things to all people for all applications.
I am not sure what your reason for the question is but that is my opinion on it.

Additionally, Meyer makes some pretty tight lines.  That said, my vote goes to V-dosc.
