Where does the Lab sub stand if compared   LAB SUB vs SPL BD-32 vs BASSMAXX  B-ZERO vs  B-TWO

Before we get to far into this debate, let me preface with the statement that in comparing these 3 competent designs, in some order of priorities and applications, each could be considered to be superior.  Each was also created with different applications in mind, as well as those the designers hadn't thought of.

Yes it is very difficult to to select best from best , however lets say which will get the highst vote if all round performance is the the main issue ,

With all of the mentioned cabs so close in performance, I think that other variables would have more of an affect (room, band, amps, kick mic, drive...).
Just pick one (or 4) and go with it.

Well, you have pretty well chosen 4 of the top performing subs on the planet. You choice now would be:
1) Price / budget.
2) After-sales (or construction) support.
3) Proper powering / processing to maximize your investment.

The BD-32 is a little specialized in placement requirements, but other than that, I would be more than happy with any of the 4 choices (I would try one of EAW's SuperSubs before signing the check).
* I have not used any of the 5 subs in this post. Just my views.

While I am sure that in your mind you have a set of values that quantify "all around performance," I guarantee you that others would have different priorities.  For example, how many boxes make sense for you?  How important is maximum output vs. sub 40Hz performance?  What about portability and size?  As you can see, "all around" isn't really all encompassing.

I would have to bump down your #2 and add this:
Depending on where you are in the market in your area match your enclosures to what the other providers in your area use to increase cross rental options. If you do several shows requiring a few more boxes it is important to make sure you can match the rental with what you have. This also creates another revenue source for your gear in the event that other providers in your area need more enclosures.

You are right,
I think it is not wise to compare company made professional products with DIY products ,  also  different subwoofers are designed keeping in mind their applications hence they cannot be compaired unless they are for the same application.

"what is the best"
"what is the best <fridge>"
"what is the best <midrange speaker/sub>"

As Mr seaton stated,it isnt that simple..and it comes down to the small differences that you cant necessarily see.
