  Ok i'm getting close to finishing my  labs and need some guidance on some 4" wheels to mount on a caster plate on the back of my labs...   Any leads for some wheels that will stay quiet and not rattle around???  I found some 4" rigid casters from tch that look good...........

Tim is correct. These are the wheels you seek.
You need to set your TEE nuts in the panel before you assemble that 45 degree panel in place. I'd imagine it a total bitch to do after the box was assembled. Space them so they're flush to the floor and they won't rattle. I'd give you the dimensions on the panel except I used 1" oak wear rails on my LABS so those might not do you any good.

The caster bolt pattern itself is 3 3/16" long axis center to center, 2 3/8" narrow axis center to center on the Penn Fab/Elcom P/N 5483. These have a load capacity of 350lbs.
Total height is 5 1/8" tall if you're laying out the panel and you don't have the wheel. Depending on how many you buy, they should be less than $10 each.
