Hi,

I've been trying to update my default view [tree view vs flat view] but the change won't stick - it keeps on asking me for the password. I've put it in over and over again, tried both "update" buttons, the one just under where you put in your password and also the one at the bottom of the page, with the same result. It keeps on insisting I must enter my password, even though I've already entered it!!!

I'm sure it's the right password; I checked in the welcome email I got.

Are you still experiencing this problem, Merlin? When editing your profile, you need to enter your password at the top of the form, make your changes, then hit submit. So long as you're entering the correct password, the changes will take effect. If it's bouncing your password, then you must've logged in with a valid password which is different to the one you think is your password when you're editing your profile. If this is the case, PM or email me and I will change your password to whatever your want.

I just tried it again now, and it's still the same.
It's not saying the password is wrong, it just says:

You must enter your current password to complete the changes

I copy/pasted the password directly from the welcome email; but I'll pm you with it so you can update it - maybe that will help...
