Status Cue Personalities

I'm contemplating a Status Cue.  Ok, a dinasour, but may work out for this application if......

Is there a EASY way to write new fixture personality files for this desk?

I know even with a MLC-16 you can write the DDL's on a PC in notepad.  Is there a similar process for Status Cue?
