The FAQ section shows how to generate a URL for an rss feed, with a number of parameters available to customize your feed. One of these is "frm", which appears to enable you to restrict your feed to a certain forum.  So far, so good.  However, you need to specify the "ID" of the forum you wish to restrict by.  How can I tell what the ID of a a particular forum is?

I discovered the answer just now, by accident.  If you jump to a forum using the dropdown list and "Go" button, the forum ID appears in the gnerated url.

Example for LAB Lounge:

http://srforums.prosoundweb.com/index.php?t=thread&S=717 3774d663fa48eb53def688da0ec06&SQ=fa43fadf7de5830703aca1a 9c3c4fae2&forum_redr=1&frm_id=5

Note that this is different from the url generated by just clicking on the "home page":

http://srforums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/f/5/611/7173774d66 3fa48eb53def688da0ec06/?SQ=fa43fadf7de5830703aca1a9c3c4fae2

So you can use this forum ID to generate a URL for an RSS feed for just one of the forums.  Example for the original LAB:
http://srforums.prosoundweb.com/rdf.php?mode=m&l=1&n =10&basic=1&frm=2
