DDA Forum power supply

Hi
I have a DDA Fourm power supply that blew a fuse on the 17v+ side. Does anyone know the correct size and are the 17- and 17+ both suppose to be the same size.
I just received this unit and had it powered up for approx 1-2 hours and the fuse went. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the fuses should be the same for the +v and -v rails.
