Ohhhh yes, thank you Simon. I for some reason got it confused with another miniature sub I had recently seen that operated at 8.
You are also right about not doubling up the subs, but if he needed more subs you could just keep adding amps, in some ways its cheaper than buying something like a 3402, but the power use will be a bit a bit more for the dual route.... and the weight a bit more for two amps.... choices choices <g>.
