Just sticking my head in the door, and making a ceremonial first post.

OK, very nice.

Thanks Dave, I like it.

And while I'm at it, I just want to personally thank all the other moderators here too, (Doug and Craig and the other Dave, plus the others in other forums I'm not aware of) for making this site what it is...the best.

Nice. How did you get an avatar?

Click "Profile" (upper right corner of your screen), and then scroll down to the avatar settings to fix one of your own.

I don't know if something went wrong or if you actually chose that ugly avatar, but atleast - there's an avatar up and working!  Cool

Thanks. For some reason when I first registered, the avatar settings were N/A, but now they're there. Must be a "after registration only" type of setting.

Wow, this setup keeps track of your every move! I did a spell check post without the preview mode first, and made a few changes before another poster could reply, and it still narc'd on me about an update anyway!

OK, no problem.....I get it now....At least I can make changes, which is much better, instead of posting embarrassing "correction" reply's. I'm still learning the ropes on this FUDforum setup. I was just getting used to the php style at the lounge, lots of fun by the way..but that's cool. This is still better I think...(change don't come easy)

OK LET ME CLARIFY, I thought I did a spell check post fist, until I REALLY did a spell check fist. Nope, is that what I really did? I am a little bit behind in my learning curve here... I'll get it sooner or later. And who knows what the heck happened?
