Hear Back personal monitors

I am looking into these to reduce stage volume. Has anyone tried these? I was also looking at the Aviom system but it is way more expensive than the Hear Back even though it is way more capable.

I have used both and IMHO the Hear Back sounds better and cost less!! You should give it a try at $1300.00 retail for 4 mixers and a hub .. and the mixers go for $199.00 retail it's not so expencive.
