Thanks guys for all the help! I added a "clown nose" to the mic capsule and told announcer to back up from the mic and offset from it a little (he's a radio guy and admitted he was getting right up on it) I've also brought the music level down a bit so he isn't feeling he has to get louder and all seems good.
