Hey Guys,

Im trying to get the remote control function going here.  Ive connected my RS 422 cable and have set the switch to RS 422.  I have assigned the remote to HA control and put the corresponding slot cards in.  The problem is the ID column remains blank and the actual control pagE is greyed out.  What am i missing here guys?
