Hey Guys! Trying to get a textured effect similar to the Martin DC 1 Water Effect. (See photo)

Unfortunately Martin discontinued this product.

Can anyone recommend a similar fixture that can achieve this? I need a couple for an event.

Moving heads are out of the question because of size.

I know there is the ADJ H20 but Id prefer to stay way from ADJ if at all possible.

Preferably DMX controlled which neither the Martin or ADJ are.

DMX controllable and small form factor.

I use the American DJ units exclusively and they have yet to let me down. Lamps are cheap, the fixture is cheap, and the effect is spot on. I also won't cry if one breaks, I can't say the same about the above Rosco unit.

You can also get quite crafty with a Source 4, twinspin, and different combinations of textured glass and crushed dichroics. Nice and bright, multiple lens options.

I have the H20 250 which uses 250w halogen lamps (MR16 style, an LL-ELC to be exact)

That's nice- haven't seen that before. I have some of the older AMDJ halogen H2Os. They seem a little dim at times depending on how much ambient light is around. I like the beam angle option on the new unit. Any idea how these stack up against the old bulb version as far as brightness?
