No. It is an output port attenuator. There is no way to turn anything up

Yamaha's Aux Out "attenuators" go from -96 to +12, and have plenty of gain to compensate for the ADA.

What are you patching to your ADA8000?
If its an Aux send then go to the EQ section in the Aux Master and add 8 dbs gain to the output. ( Of course after all eqing is done and if there is headroom available there. One could always get some gain in the compressor stage if it is not in use...) This will match the ADA's output to your omni outs and L/R outs. It is of course to note the ADA has less headroom. It will struggle with amps that require very high dbv input levels.  I have 2 and have no problems running my monitor amps or self powered boxes with the ADA.

Sorry.
You were ahead of me. I was just looking at the first page of threads and missed your reply.

Sorry I thought that was the output port attenuation that is available on other Yamaha boards. Yes you can bump up the aux send at that point, but you are reducing headroom by 8dB. If your signal before the "attenuator" goes above -8dBfs you will clip the ADA8000. It is better to reduce the level of the omni outs, or better yet make the correction somewhere else.
