What kind of gig? Where is it? How concerned is the client about the look, or about the sound? What are your gear needs? There are various companies in the SF Bay Area that can handle your gig, some big, some small, with varying prices. The big companies are easy to find:

Probably a small company would fit the bill.
It's a speaker on stick gig, small corporate mainly talking head, possibly a musician or two(not sure yet). It's a hotel ballroom, prob 200 in attendance.
Sound quality is important, however I have a fairly modest budget, so I'm trying to stretch it as far as possible. So I thought I would hit up the lab to see whats out there, I've already had a few PM's. I appreciate the kind of help a forum like this affords.
