Well, the OP asked for cheap!  I asked them about the parts and they said that they had sources to obtain the same parts that JBL uses for their recones.  I don't know, but the results were excellent and they give you a 1 year guarantee!

The professional lines of JBL speakers have the coils wound in Northridge at the JBL plant... or at least they were as of 2009.  As for the rest.. spider, cone, etc I have no idea.
