The manual is pretty extensive and should have directions on how to make What ever adapter you need
+1 on the manual.
It may have been written over 30 years ago, but the "manual" is a virtual sound reinforcement guide, with information that is still relevant today. The idea that a 200 W/ch amplifier was considered "high power" at one time is rather quaint, and I don't think there is anything in there on DSP (after all, it was written in the late '70s), but the basic concepts are timeless.
And there is a whole section on bridging the P-2200, and various different applications in that mode.
One other note about the P-2200/2201: They were notorious for going DC, and there is no output protection relay. The bias setting can get out of whack, the amp runs hot at idle, and sooner or later something fails, sending 80V DC to your speaker. Also, although the inputs are XLRs, they are NOT balanced, so you have to be careful what you drive it with.
