I have a band that has been using the PSM 600's in "Mix Mode" so they could use 2 transmitters to transmit 4 mono mixes to 4 pack. Recently they have upgraded to the PSM 900 and when doing the "Mix Mode" they get a bleed. So if one Artist is faded to the "left" mix or mix 1 they still have a bleed from the "right" mix or mix 2. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
What is it about the bleed that is a problem? If each person needs to hear themselves, and only themselves, the bleed
might be an issue, although surely they still hear the rest of the band leaking in their ears, but if they are listening to a mix, isn't the other material going to be there anyway? If all a musician can hear is himself, it must be difficult to play together as a
band.
Maybe if the mixes are so different that they cannot abide hearing some of what the other band members are hearing you could swap packs around till you have compatible mixes on each system.
