Hello Everyone,
     I have a band that has been using the PSM 600's in "Mix Mode" so they could use 2 transmitters to transmit 4 mono mixes to 4 pack. Recently they have upgraded to the PSM 900 and when doing the "Mix Mode" they get a bleed. So if one Artist is faded to the "left" mix or mix 1 they still have a bleed from the "right" mix or mix 2. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I believe that's just the design.  There's no way to change it.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Buy two more transmitters?
Switch to different IEMs?
You could also build up some cable adaptors that let you drive both ears of in-ears with the left headphone signal.  (And similar ones from the right headphone signal.)  Run everything in stereo--basically make your own mix mode.  This might not give you enough volume from the headphones, though.

What is it about the bleed that is a problem? If each person needs to hear themselves, and only themselves, the bleed might be an issue, although surely they still hear the rest of the band leaking in their ears, but if they are listening to a mix, isn't the other material going to be there anyway? If all a musician can hear is himself, it must be difficult to play together as a band.   

Maybe if the mixes are so different that they cannot abide hearing some of what the other band members are hearing you could swap packs around till you have compatible mixes on each system.

Since the mix mode is really just a stereo mix that the body pack treats like 2 mono mixes, any interference with the pilot tone would cause the two channels to magically converge.

That is true.  However, since the PSM900 has considerably better filtering of the MPX generation and better filtering at the MPX decode than the PSM600s that they were using earlier, that is likely not the issue at all.  (I think the 900s have better stereo seperation than 600s as well.)
