The part numbers I referenced in the OP are actual Phoenix Contact part numbers.  Haven't verified the many other PNs posted.  Yes, Euroblock is the more generic term.

QSC uses a 3-position Euroblock/Phoenix connector with a 5.08mm pitch on their IO Cards.  They typically supply an Altech P/N 37.003 with those cards.

I'm trying to track down part numbers for the various phoenix plugs DSP manufacturers use.  I think this would be good information to have.  So here's the list, if you have the part number fill it in.

Biamp - Audia/Nexia:   3-Pole Green = 1776168, 3-Pole Black = 1776207, 3-Pole Orange =  1976010, 5-Pole Black =  1776197
BSS - Soundweb London:   6-Pole Orange = ?, 12-Pole Orange = ???
Media Matrix - Nion:   12-Pole Black = ???
Media Matrix - X-Frame:   3-Pole Black = ???
Rane - RPM88/RPM44/RPM22 et.al.:  3-Pole Green = 1776168, 5-Pole Green = 1757048 or 1776142
Symetrix - SymNet:   3-Pole Green = ???
Symetrix - Jupiter:   12-pole Green = ???

QSC CX108V amplifier output Phoenix euro block connector : 1777781
