Sennheiser G3 with G2?

Question is, I have a Sennheiser EW300 G3 IEM system.  Does the G2 receiver work with the G3 Transimitter?  I need another receiver for a second mix and the G2's are cheaper atm it seems.

Yep, you should be fine as long as they're in the same frequency range.
