It's probably a ground loop, in which case the DI will give you an easy-to-set ground lift switch. If there's any way to move the keys' power to the same outlet or breaker circuit as the mixers', that may also solve the problem.

Allen & Heath GL series.  Better channel EQ, easier to repair.
