i recently ran a show with a rented m7 and the way the board was set up if you moved a fader that channel would become selected and the eq on screen eq would change to that channel... i also run an m7 at my church but i cant figure out how to get it to do this
does any one know how to get this set up?

That is part of the preferences. Pages 198 and 199 of the downloadable manual explains how to set them up.
