It's great to see someone your age taking the initiative to make their worship service better. Heck, it's great to see anyone take some initiative to make their worship service better. Too often it's just easier to complain.
I agree with what's been recommended - I just wanted to commend you on your maturity.

Haven't been on in a while; thought I would update since this is a sticky.
Things are going good. I am on the board every Sunday and we have a new music minister. I'm still learning, and I'm about to start learning some video production stuff. He granted permission to use the church's Canon XL2 and install their copy of Final Cut Pro, because he is too busy with music/choir to work with video.
Needless to say I'm pretty excited.
