DC-one?

Would anyone want to share how they like the EV dc-one speaker processor?  Especially if you've used a DBX DR260?

I have used both quite a lot and they do pretty much the same thing. EV is easier to navigate from the front panel and it has USB connector (RS232 on the DR260). But thats not a big difference. No audible differences on sound quality.
