RAMSA Speakers... are they any good?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with RAMSA sound equipment.   Worth purchasing or not.  Do they have decent sound.  Found 4 speakers and 2 subs for 900.

Ramsa is panasonic's professional line. One of their mixers used to be the standard for monitor mixing (years ago).
