Old forum will be archived!
« on: January 12, 2011, 01:23:12 PM »

According to this posting: http://srforums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/t/63864/85/

the old content will be retained!

This is fantastic news, and makes all of the annoyances of the new software a lot more bearable.  Thanks to PSW for listening to us users and content creators.

Probably the intent all along and just waiting to be sure it could be done before making the announcement.

Probably the intent all along and just waiting to be sure it could be done before making the announcement.

Having an archive was part of the plan from the start as I recall. It was discussed on the very first conference call. No one knew at the time how it would, or could, be implemented, but having one was always the intent.

I think the information that the old forums would not be integrated into the new forums may have been misinterpreted, or maybe mis-stated.
